Elise Harrell

Eventing & Dressage Trainer

Elise Harrell is a lifelong eventing and dressage competitor and trainer who teaches children and adults—from beginners to more advanced riders. She also offers horse training services for all ages, from youngsters to seniors.

Elise grew up on a farm in rural Mississippi, and horses have been a part of her life for as long as she can remember. Pony Club played a major role in shaping her education as a rider and horse owner.

She has worked as a professional groom and served as a manager in a competition barn, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the equestrian world. These days, Elise focuses more on teaching than competing. She especially enjoys working with horses and riders both in the saddle and on the ground.

Her goal as a trainer is to teach skills that improve communication between horse and rider—ultimately creating better harmony and understanding between them.
